The Government has been supportive of Click & Collect services as long as they are doing their part to protect the health and wellbeing of the country, and we’re happy to say that we can now roll out our new Contact Free Order & Collect service.
How it works
Can I go in store? Is the shop open?
For everyone’s safety our physical counter is closed and will remain closed until it is completely safe.
Can I see what I am buying before ordering?
Yes, but not physically. Our team will ensure the parts quoted are correct based on your enquiry and vehicle details. We have the facility to email images of parts on request and are working on other methods to suit customer requirements.
What if I am only enquiring and want to order at a later stage?
That is fine, our team will simply place your enquiry on quote and give you the relevant reference number. Quotes are valid for 7 days.
I have a quote and I want to order.
Give us a call with the quote reference number and a member of our team will take payment and progress your quote to an order.
What are the collection options?
To use the service simply place your order and pay over the phone. Once the order is ready to collect head to the store and give them a call. We will take the necessary details to identify your order and then bring your order to your vehicle, all contact free.
How can I pay for an order? Can I pay cash on collection?
Currently we can only take payment over the phone by card. To keep things contact free we will not be accepting cash or cheque payments at this moment in time.
How long between ordering and collecting?
Your Order & Collect order should typically be ready within an hour or two.
Can I add items onto my order when I collect?
Not right now no, we would need to treat it as a new order.
How long do I have to collect my item?
If you cannot collect straight away, do not worry. You have 7 days to collect your order, if you do not collect after 7 days, we will contact you to issue a refund.
What if I cannot fit my order in my vehicle?
Please ensure you have adequate space to load your order in a suitable vehicle before coming to site, we cannot accept returns at the moment and cannot re-store items whilst you change vehicles. Our team will offer guidance at the point or enquiry and order to help you with this.
I have changed my mind; how do I cancel?
As long as you order hasn’t yet been collected you can cancel your order by contacting us. Once cancelled you should receive your refund within 3 to 5 working days. Alternatively, if you order has not been collected after 7 days your order will be cancelled and a refund issued.
What if I cannot get through on the phone?
If you cannot get through, we are likely on the line with another customer. We will try our best to keep things moving as quickly as possible so please bear with us and try again. Alternatively, you can send us and enquiry via our website.
Can I return an item?
No, we are not in a position to accept returns safely at the moment. We will extend the relevant returns period for orders placed from 20th May from the date we fully reopen.
